⚡ To activate the electricity in the apartment, please insert the key fob into the slot next to the light switches (as shown in the picture). This will enable the power supply. Remember to remove the key fob when leaving to turn off the electricity and conserve energy.

Free parking is available on-site of communal space.

Upon check-in, if you notice anything out of order, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately. We see every situation as an opportunity to demonstrate how much we value and care for our guests.

🌡️For Hot Water:

Press once for 15 min warm up - for 1 person (avg. 10 min bath)

Press twice for 30 min warm up - for 2 persons (avg. 10 min bath)

Press three times for 60 min warm up - for 3+ persons (avg. 10 min bath)

During Summer, or days when sun is out, there is most of the times NO need to do it, as heated water will already be available, just check it!

Our Hyundai Smart Air Conditioner (2025 Wi‑Fi inverter) keeps the apartment comfortable year-round, whether you want to cool down or warm up.

Using the Remote:

1. Turn On / Off – Press the ON/OFF button.

2. Select Mode – Press MODE repeatedly to choose:

   • ❄️ Cool – cools the room

   • 🔥 Heat – warms the room

   • 💧 Dry – reduces humidity

   • 🌀 Fan – air circulation only

   • Auto – AC chooses the best mode automatically

3. Set Temperature – Use the ▲/▼ buttons:

   • Cooling: 24–26°C is ideal

   • Heating: 22–24°C is ideal

4. Fan Speed – Press FAN to select: Auto / Low / Medium / High.

5. Swing / Air Direction – Press SWING to move the louvers automatically.

6. Extra Functions:

   • Sleep – Gradually adjusts temperature overnight for comfort

   • Timer – Schedule automatic ON/OFF

   • Turbo / Super – Quickly reaches the set temperature

   • Eco – Saves energy while maintaining comfort

Quick Tips

• Keep doors and windows closed for best performance.

• Use Auto fan mode to maintain optimal airflow.

• Use Sleep mode overnight for comfort and energy savings.

• Avoid extreme temperature settings to save energy and extend the AC life.

Nespresso Coffee Maker Instructions

☕ How to Use the Nespresso Essenza Mini

Enjoy a perfect cup of coffee with the Nespresso Essenza Mini by following these simple steps:

1️⃣ Fill the Water Tank

Open the water tank lid at the back of the machine.

Fill it with fresh, cold water (do not exceed the max line).

2️⃣ Power On the Machine

Press the Espresso or Lungo button to turn on the machine.

The lights will blink while heating up (about 25 seconds). When they stop blinking, the machine is ready.

3️⃣ Insert a Coffee Capsule

Lift the lever to open the capsule compartment.

Insert a Nespresso capsule with the flat side facing up.

Close the lever firmly.

4️⃣ Brew Your Coffee

Place a cup under the spout.

Press:

Espresso button (40ml) for a small coffee.

Lungo button (110ml) for a larger coffee.

The coffee will start pouring immediately.

5️⃣ Remove the Used Capsule

Lift the lever again to eject the used capsule into the capsule container.

6️⃣ Turn Off & Clean

The machine will automatically switch off after 9 minutes of inactivity.

Empty the capsule container and rinse the drip tray regularly.

Before You Start

✔️ Check clothing labels and sort laundry by colour and fabric type.✔️ Empty all pockets and close zippers/buttons before loading.✔️ Do not overload the drum — clothes need room to tumble and dry properly.✔️ Use non‑foaming or low‑foam detergent and add fabric softener if desired.

1. Power & Setup

1. Plug in the machine and ensure the door is fully closed.

2. Press ON/OFF to power on the unit.

3. Turn the program dial to select the cycle you want.

2. Choosing a Cycle

Turn the dial to select the appropriate program for your wash/dry needs:• Normal / Cotton – Everyday laundry• Quick Wash – Lightly soiled clothes• Delicates / Wool – Gentle on sensitive fabrics• Wash & Dry – Washes and then dries in one cycle• Dry Only – Only dry clothes that have already been washed• Rinse & Spin / Spin Only – For rinsing or extra spin

💡 Tip: Wash & Dry cycles take longer (several hours) because it completes a full wash then drying cycle.

3. Start the Machine

1. Add detergent to the correct drawer compartment.

2. Close the door securely.

3. Press Start/Pause to begin the cycle.

4. To pause and add forgotten items, press and hold the Start button for ~3 seconds — only possible when safe and the water is not high.

🔹 Display panel shows remaining time and status during operation.

4. Drying Options

For drying, you can choose:• Auto Dry – Dries based on sensor feedback.• Time Dry – Set a specific time (e.g., 30/60/90 min).• Dry Level – Some models let you select Gentle / Normal / Extra Dry for different results.

💡 Note: For best drying results, spin clothes first to remove excess water before drying. 💡 Thick fabrics (like denim) may require longer drying or air‑drying after the cycle.

5. After the Cycle

• When the cycle ends, the machine will usually signal with a beep and display End.• Open the door and remove laundry promptly — especially after dry cycles to prevent wrinkles.• Leave the door slightly open after use to let the drum air out and reduce odours.

🧼 Helpful Tips

✔️ For small loads, use quick or wash‑and‑dry cycles.✔️ Heavier items (like towels) take longer to dry — you might prefer air‑drying after the wash.✔️ Do not dry very delicate fabrics, wool, silk, or items with metal inserts in the dryer function — use a clothesline if available. ✔️ If you pause to add clothes mid‑cycle, be cautious — only do this when safe and water level is low.

The hair dryer is located in the drawer of the bedroom.

Iron is located on the wardrobe in the bedroom.

To Lock the Safe

1. Close the safe door.

2. Enter any 4–6 digit code of your choice.

3. Press the LOCK button.

The safe will lock and store your code.

To Open the Safe

1. Enter your code.

2. The safe will unlock automatically.

3. When OPEN appears on the screen, open the door.

**Important

After 4 wrong attempts, the safe will lock for about 3 minutes.
