Go to the building’s front door. The lockbox is mounted next to the glass window, right beside the mailboxes. Use the key from the lockbox to open the front door and enter the hallway leading to your apartment.

You will find the keys inside the lockbox which is mounted right beside the glass window, next to the mailboxes by the front door. Please don’t forget to mix the code when closed.

Your apartment number is 3, located on the main level of the building.

On the right side of the building, you will see the parking lot entrance.

Go inside and look for parking spot #3, which is the dedicated parking space for the apartment.

On the bathroom wall., you'll find a "Boost" button. Press it twice or until it shows "1/2." It will turn off automatically in about 30 minutes, and the water will be ready.

• Warmer months: Heats up in 15-30 minutes.

• Colder months: May take up to 1 hour.

This provides enough hot water for two showers. Be sure to use it immediately after the light turns off, as it won’t stay hot for long.

For the AC unit, all you need to do is point the AC remote directly to the AC unit, select the snowflake setting for cooling or the sun setting for heating, and select the temperature you would be most comfortable in. (for the units most efficient capacity, set the AC to 22°C for cold and 24°C for hot)

☕ How to Use the Nespresso Essenza Mini

1. Fill the Water Tank

   • Remove the water tank at the back.

   • Rinse it and fill it with fresh drinking water.

   • Place it back securely.

2. Turn On the Machine

   • Press either coffee button (small cup or large cup).

   • The buttons will blink while heating up (about 25 seconds).

   • When the lights stay steady, the machine is ready.

3. Insert a Capsule

   • Lift the lever on top of the machine.

   • Place a Nespresso capsule inside.

   • Close the lever firmly.

4. Brew Your Coffee

   • Press the small cup button for an espresso (40ml).

   • Press the large cup button for a lungo (110ml).

   • The coffee will stop automatically.

5. Remove the Used Capsule

   • After brewing, lift the lever again.

   • The used capsule drops into the capsule container inside the machine.

6. Enjoy Your Coffee!

   • Add milk or sugar if you like.

   • Sit back and enjoy ☕✨

Set the washing machine to the "Flash 30'" Setting, add your personal Detergent and Fabric Softener into the detergent dispensers, adjust the temperature as you prefer, and click the start button.

There are universal outlets that are available inside the apartment, all of them having a voltage rating of 240 volts.

The large green bin for waste disposal is located to the left side, when exiting the building's main entrance by the parking area.

The Hadjigeorgakis Kornesios Mansion is situated near the Archbishopric, in the neighborhood of Saint Antonios in Nicosia, Cyprus, where the wealthy notables of the Greek community traditionally used to live.

The mansion is the most important example of urban architecture of the last century of Ottoman rule that survives in old Nicosia. It opened on 3 May 1960 with the aid of public subscription, three years after a foundation was established to protect the property from developers who wanted to demolish the block.
